Please Help - automatic Heavy Attack bug

So since 14.0, and continued in 14.1, I have encountered that about 40% of my fight start and as soon as a fight starts i would go to block, my champ triggers a heavy attack before i touch the device. I shouldnt be complaining as it 100% gets the first hit in, but I want to know why this happens and if I should be worried about Kabam mistaking this as some kind of mod.
Im on an Android Samsung S7, second to latest software.
I use an official game from the Google Play Store.
I have never downloaded an APK. So i have never used mods.
Point is, im not cheating and i dont want to get banned for this issue.
It happens in quests (without autofight on) in AW and AQ and in arenas.
Does anyone else have this issue?
