Which mystic to r5?

So my current point of progression is Act 5.1.5, not yet uncollected. On the side I run all the EQ I can, and run AQ (map5) and AW very often.
I’ve only been playing for around 9 weeks, so my 5* roster is very limited (Darkhawk, Nightcrawler, OG Spidey, Bishop, Punisher 2099). I have a fair few “top tier” 4/40s and just two 5/50s (duped Sparkles and duped Blade).
Currently I’m in a small overflow with my T4BCs, and have the T4CCs to rank up a mystic champ. At my point in progression I’m still very much dependent on my 4* champs, which one do you think would benefit me the most for both the content I’ve got ahead and AQ/AW?
