These featured crystals have become the ultimate bait and switch. Kabam releases a new champ, pimps them out via the content creator program, sells a ton of crystals, and then nerfs the champ mere months later. This is a deceptive business practice.

Kabam can issue rank down tickets, but they'll never refund the tons of cash spent on crystals to obtain these champs. Ill never buy a featured crystal again.
