What Champions can help for Act 5

I’m trying to go Uncollected. Find it difficult. What would be the best Champions to make a solid team for my Uncollected run?!?

    Basically any champ you're comfortable fighting with... What I can say is that blade will do a lot of good with his regen, so as far as possible, quest with blade and keep his health pool up, save the other champs to fight against the bosses
