How come you buy the new Sigil and you still have a wait period for refresh? If I purchase something at a certain time, I expect to use it then, not 4 days from now! I think this is a subject that needs to be looked into and corrected.

I'm assuming they are making small moves and will slowly increase over time, so things aren't exploited and end up having unintended consequences.

I would expect the Sigil to end up being tiered and having different options soon?

You can see the timers if I am not mistaken, and you get the same amount of uses out of it. If they did not do this then you could exploit it.

The Timer is on a Global Timer. It's the same time for everyone no matter when you renew it. Learned that one after I renewed mine the first time. It was a bit confusing. It doesn't reset when you buy it.

Its simple marketing... the idea is to remind a customer to renew prior to the subscription lapses because data has shown that once a subscription lapses there is greater chance that a customer will not renew at all … & as stated by other summoners the Sigil renewal becomes effective after your current Sigil expiration date.
