Question about the Sigil and Catalyst capacity

Just want to check, after the sigil expires my catalysts that exceed the usual limit won't be returned to the stash right?

    Anything over the limit will still stay in the inventory, but you will still use them before you use your stash, and you cannot replace them over the limit.
