It won’t let me claim 3* boosts

I popped a bunch of these boosts crystals hoping to get more 4* boosts (drop rate is terrible) but got mostly three star ones. I can claim everything except the cosmic. Those are going to expire soon. Cause I can’t claim to sell. What’s going on?

scroll down. the cosmic ones have moved to the bottom. no idea why
