Why can’t i join the alliance quest modifiers beta?

now before all of you start going crazy because i might’ve missed a step in signing up, i can assure you i did exactly what i did to get in OML and Colossus beta, and i was able to access that. Can someone explain what is wrong?

Same for me not sure if there is issue for all or only few... I also see disabled button
