Unit Spending Alert Accidentally Removed. Fix?

Hey guys, I searched for any previous discussions for this topic but couldn't find it, hope I'm not being redundant.
Is there any way to put the alerts back? I.e. when looking for a new match in arena, the alert that warns units will be spent. I want that back lol

I think if you uninstall and reinstall the app those options get reset.
