Help on ranking up

Need some help on which 4* and 5* are worth ranking up. Some of my thoughts are

Hyperion awesome can't upgrade yet
Storm 5* I do like using her
Iceman is good
Quake one of my faves but need science cats
Hawkeye underated
Thor good attacker
Hella no longer like using
Yellow jacket still unsure
King Groot don't use
CPT nmarvel and miss marvel new to me
Winter soldier not sure if worth using
Spiderman great character
Luke cage don't use
Loki got a 3* max and ok
Dr strange ok
Cyclops go thru phases of liking and hating him
Hulk buster poor 5*
War machine like but not used for while
Omega like him
Thing pretty good
Hulk good strong
Hulk gladiator as above
Daredevil og seems ok
Blade heard good things
Scarlet witch seems ok
Coluses upgraded version seems better

As you can see lucky to have a big roster now but stuck lol mutant wise prob can only do one due to resources. Which I had loads of gold!
