Nick Fury synergy order (Android)

When playing Nick Fury, I like to be sure that I can survive at low health. So sometimes I bring Heimdall, Angela, Hela, and Thor. I kill them all off, then play Nick Fury. However, despite the fact that I put them on the team in this order:
Fury
Hela
Angela
Heimdall
Thor,
the Hela/Angela synergy, followed by the Heimdall synergy, triggers in my first phase, meaning they save the LMD, and when I'm playing at low health with the real Nick Fury, they don't save me. Considering that Fury is the first on the team, shouldn't his cheat death activate first? So he doesn't die, enters the real Nick Fury phase, and then, if you die in that phase, the other synergies trigger? This is really annoying when testing my 4* R4 in ROL. Is this a bug? Is it intended? Can it be changed?

If you want that synergy to save Nick Fury after he triggers his sig ability, you will need to enter the fight with him already at 0 persistant charges
