Can you guys please stop cheating us out of health in AQ & AW

Ever since the latest update 5 or 6 times a day I get to restart the game/app because it just decides to shut down or close, I've posted my problems on the bugs/known issues forum and on suggestion forums, now I'm posting it on the general discussion forum. It's not such a big deal when I'm grinding arena or in regular quests, obviously it's an issue but Ithe doesn't cost me anything except in alliance quest and/or alliance wars and it's costing me alliance health potions and alliance revives and THEY AREN'T CHEAP!!!! So please can you guys please address this situation or at the very list seND out some alliance potions & revives to help us replenish, I'd even take the trade in deal where I trade 2 level 1 for 1 level 2 potion, so here's my info 1 more time.
Apple iPad Mini 2
Running IOS 12.4.1
I only use on wifi
Running MCOC ver. 24.2.1
It's happening in all game modes including aq/aw, the monthly quest & monthly side quest, when ranking champs up, when using items, etc.
There havnt been any specific champions it's happening on and off course I can't get video of the app closing.

I am so nervous of this happening that I sometimes move to a node and actually back out and leave the quest or war and then come back in.

Your even loosing health when you did not press the fight button and the game locks up.

That and it also counts as a death against you in AW. Weve had several deaths over past few AW because of game issues. An in some wars a death or two can determine who wins and loses.
