    And his bleed damage was 107 his best crit damage was 1847 from sp 2 with class bonus and 1306 without class bonus with special 2

    You should be using a mutant crit synergy team for extra crit rate/damage. Even without those masteries, that isn't a normal amount of hits for a rank 4
