Description of the Issue: Yesterday in Alliance War I was facing an unduped six-star Wasp on Node 12 (Long Distance Relationship, Special Lock 1, Buffet). Wasp's evade timer was on cooldown from a heavy attack. I attacked into her during the cooldown phase and she evaded and counter-attacked me.
In the gif below, you can see the buffet timer (with the decoration around it) and the counter-attack timer next to it. I attack while the counter-attack timer is still up and she evades anyways, places a Shock on me, and resets the timer.
From Wasp's ability description:
"Whenever Wasp shrinks down, her next 2 hits will be critical, with +n Attack Rating for each debuff active on the opponent.
Additionally, Counter Attack is disabled for 10 seconds."I suspect this is an issue with how the Dodge tactic is interacting with Wasp. She would still have a chance to evade from the global node as a size S champion. However, the counter-attack Shock debuff should not occur as it is still on cooldown.
