Node 126, map 7, buffed up/rage, Netflix DD

I've been on this path for awhile now, including this week, and today was the first time that with Corvus as attacker on Netflix DD my dmg was maxed out at 2090 and he wouldn't build rage furies to become unblockable, is this intentional?

    It is possible for ability accuracy reduction to prevent a Fury buff from proccing. What's your Stupefy mastery at?
