Vision (Aarkus) + New Champs block

I got a pretty decent android phone, I can play PUBG with medium settings for example. However the issue with MCOC is the newer champs have exceedingly high particle effects on their blocks, I can deal with that even though it gives me small stutter, now, the main issues is Vision Aarkus, he has such an extreme level of particle effects on him (it is called Frozen Air I believe) that it causes significant drop in fps for I would assume 80% of android users. I'm not asking for much & I would like the problem at least aacknowledged, me and many other users have already reported it ages ago but heard no reply or even a mention about it.

same goes for me when using human torch, even more so when he's in nova form which much more flames.

yeah aarkus in general is laggy for me. I'm pretty sure it's his smoke particles.
also Mister Sinister and Namor lag on their block animations for me...
