Dungeon Invites Freeze my game

Before anyone says "GroundedWisdom opened this check out our response". I've done the troubleshooting there.
It is still happening. For at least the last 3 rounds of dungeons this is still happening. There are events happening that I would like to participate in but I can't even get to see who's inviting me to run them. This isn't a unique to me problem either. This mode is only available for 2 weeks, is this something that is being looked at or should I just expect to never run dungeons with alliance mates or friends?
