Where can I find Cosmic Key for Act 5.3

I have searched all quest in Act 5.3 but unable to find Cosmic key.. please help me to find it

Pretty sure it's in 5.3.4 or 5.3.5

5.3 you cannot do in a linear way, you bounce around and the 5.3 cosmic ALWAYS stops people trying to do it linear
