Who would be best champs to upgrade here? Give me a reason as to why I should upgrade them as well.

    My vote would be for Doctor Octupus. I have him as a 5☆ R3/L45 and he has gotten me thru a lot of content. He has power lock and heal block if properly used can be a valuable asset. Please check out link below for more information about his abilities:
