Dungeons - stuck at first screen

This bug has happened a lot recently! You start the dungeon, but cannot see a match. While the other player enters the room, you are stuck at the first screen with no options but exit the room and send your champs to cool-down without even using them...

Pls use your devs to fix all these bugs...it's tiring!
