Awaken Corvus or VtD

I have just received a cosmic awakening gem. I have a Corvus as well as a Venom the Duck, both 5 star rank 4. Any thoughts on who I should awaken? Or maybe save it for someone else?

    Corvus only needs 1 sig. So i say corvus is a good choice. Not sure how many sigs VTD will need.

    I am trying to complete act 5 exploration. I guess I’m also trying to be able to complete exploration in the uncollected event quests (I have been unsuccessful so far).
    I’m not real clear on corvus’ ability benefit. I have him maxed out as a four star duped included and I don’t recall ever noticing a benefit from it. Maybe I never had an glacé charges l ft at the end of his fights, I don’t know

    In all seriousness VtD does just fine without his Dupe Ability, it's a nice boost but is faaar from needed especially when compared to Champions like Hyperion or Carnage.
