Getting daily crystal message after becoming uncollected

I recently completed act 5.2.6 and got uncollected daily crystal , but I got pop up for daily crystal when I collect it daily , it was just a pop up ,but I thought , it should be corrected .

There's a Push Notification sent to your phone to alert you that your daily crystal is available. Without a screenshot or further information, I can't be too certain if this is what you're speaking of or if there is a different pop-up issue. Let me know so we can check it out if it isn't the standard Push.
