Reply an open case that’s not being atended

Hello! I need help! I got case #05254161 and I’ve been sending emails like crazy but the support team keeps answering like a machine and gives me no answer on what I need.
My question is: How can i reply those emails referring to the original case! Help me please!

    We cannot assist with support cases on the forum. Please be patient and wait for a reply and keep in mind that opening duplicate tickets about the same issue will result in them being closed.
