Morningstar regen

I have a 5/65 morningstar, with her 5 souls last week, when I hited critical and regen, I gained almost 7% of my max life. Today, I tried to do the same, even when the regen occured on the criticals hits (that should give me a good part of my life) I only gained 2%, when it was uncritical, only 1% of muito life das gained back. Please tell me if it os a bug and fix that
