Emma Frost ignoring phasing

I was just fighting an unnoded Emma Frost in this month’s EQ with Ghost, and for some reason her specials were ignoring phasing. Is there anything I’m missing in her abilities? I thought she only ignored evades?

Missing and evades are different
When a champ says they cannot miss it means they are not affected by “miss”
While evade counter only target the evade mechanic
I think of it like this. Nick fury specifically says he can not miss OR he evaded at 5 charges.
