Can only hold 6 tier 4 basic catalysts

I'm not sure if this is actually a bug or not, but my friends showed me their catalyst stash, and they can hold 8 before tier 4's start going to the stash. However, I can only hold 6 before they go to my stash. I haven't seen anyone post about this, so it seems minor, but is there a reason for this?

    Either they have the sigil or you are a lower level

    Does the capacity for tier fours change at different levels? It might be that, because I'm a couple levels lower than them. Thanks for helping!

    That's depends on you level, at lvl 60 it goes to 12 or 15
