Legend time cutoffs

Anyone know what the cutoff has been recently in regards to Legend runs in the monthly EQ? I’ve heard 3 hours 15 minutes - 3 hours 20 minutes is typically the target

    2 months ago I did it just under 3 hours 10 mins and didn't get it. Depends on the month, but I'd say you need to be pretty close to 3 hours to be sure to get it.
