How about the following:
If you have active Summoner Sigil, every time you 100% a daily class catalyst map you're guaranteed a fully formed cat.
Why? Because I'm finding it easier (and less energy) to get t3c cats from exchanging t3b cats in the black market. The fact that these resources are turned down so low is BS.
Just so I understand resource value correctly, the Black Market cost of a t3c is the same as a t1a. That seems absurd to me.
