Champion getting ranked up on its own.

My 5 star Dormammu got ranked up to rank 5 on it's on and I'm sending a tickets to find out why. Must be a bug or glitch. I only have 9 teir 2 alphas and 6 teir 5 basics. But now I have 7 teir 2 alphas and 4 teir 5 basics. If I actually did rank up Dormammu I would only have a couple teir 2 alphas left. This is crazy and wondering if this has happened to anybody else? I'm 1000% shore I did not rank Dormammu up, I have way better champs 5 star I would rank 5.
