5stars cyclops my best player and four4stars also and five3stars and three2stars

I don't know if I've been hacked or just had my players took off me by the reps from the marvel team If this has happened to anybody else could someone let me know and any advice on what to do about this matter or how to prevent this occurring again would be greatly appreciated.

    I feel really let down by marvel contest of champions because I've been playing this game for over two and a half years and I have won all my players and bought many items off iTunes for the game and I've never had an explanation what went wrong?
