**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I Keep Getting Kicked Out if Fights Saying “Connection Issue” Constantly.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I keep getting kicked out of any fight saying there is a connection issue and there isn’t. It hasn’t been like this ever for me the 2 years I’ve been playing. I updated my iPhone XR to IOS 13.1.2 and the game has been kicking me out constantly, no matter where I am: quests, arena, or duels. Is there any solution to this? I’ve deleted the app countless time and updated it, and have turned off my phone and rebooted it. Nothing seems to work.

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause connection issues to occur. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
