Summoner Sigil Error - Never Fixed

I searched the forums to see any posts on this, but it must be buried.

When updating to the new update, I was locked out (like everyone else) of the black iso market. I was down to my last few days of my sigil without renewal plans... i since did renew. I was blocked access for 2 days and never got to re-purchase some of my crystals I wanted or shards. What is being done for those who paid $ for 30 days but only got 27/28? did anyone else run into this?

    I did experience this, but the items I missed out were minimal (buying phc, ultimate crystal, etc). Considering sigil was just recently released, it is to be expected to have some minor bugs such as this. The minimal access loss shouldn't really move the needle for anyone, as the main purchases were probably done right away.
