Omega Red inconsistent bleed impact

I have found in aq when fighting on nodes with bleed links active, not enhanced bleed. Omega sometimes doesn't trigger his ability to reduce bleed and gain death field from it. Spores are capped at 10 unless using sp2 and health goes down significantly even with rank 2 willpower. Device is samsung s9 on android 9. Happens randomly on map3 today fighting the boss. Previously fighting minis and occasionally on random fights on the path.

If you're bleeding, spores won't be capped at 10 while death field is active. If the bleeds stack, they can still damage him as its only a 90% reduction on each bleed. I find it hard to believe if you are bleeding you arent getting death field. Gonna need some screenshots or video. My R5 works just fine.
