Taunt or All or nothing node

Heyy community....
It's just a doubt for me Spidey's taunt increases the chance to activate special attack. And on all or nothing node the special 3 activates. So which is more likely to happen. I was playing against hyperion with spidy and he used his sp2 on all or nothing node in aq. So this is debug or this is to be happen.

It’s meant to happen, taunt increases the chance for them to use a special from 0 to a value where they can use it

Got hit a few times on AoN even without taunt... Its not exactly 0 i'm affraid.

I’d taunt isn’t up and they use specials then yes it’s a bug
