War Ratings not frozen

in Bugs and Known Issues
For the last two war seasons, our rating was not frozen and it did change. We booked a case both times and received a generic response saying we know about the issue and the cases were closed.

Kabam, can you confirm that this has been fixed. I have found nothing in the forums either that this has been resolved.

    Yes, war ratings will be frozen in the off season. Sorry for the confusion with previous seasons!
