Alliance Quest Map 4 mini-boss rotation

The mini-bosses are Deadpool, Nebula, and Corvus. I thought the mini-bosses rotated from one to the next, but we've had Corvus, then Nebula, then Corvus again. Why isn't Deadpool next?

    Because they don't rotate, they follow the order than makes the most money a random order that only rule is it can't be the same twice.
