Regarding decisions related to balance updates

Personally (and on the behalf of those who agree with me) I wanna thank you for making a decision that greatly impacts the community as this one. It’s been a serious concern to many and has created a level of unease to many including myself.
I’ve been experiencing feelings of discouragement from the staff of Kabam, to the point that I deliberately stated my feelings ok this forum (which was ultimately removed) and it gave me the impression that Kabam didn’t exactly cared about the community as much as we hoped.
However, considering that it was a comic-con event that opened the opportunity to get feedback from fellow summoners and not a strike (like what happened ok update 12.0) that caused the staff to reconsider as well as get the feedback more often from summoners, it proves to me that the staff do have some level of care and I personally wanted to commend you guys for that (since I don’t know where else I could do so lol)
The only thing I want you guys to take care of now are the occasional lags that costs us fights especially in AW and AQ, but for such a step as this on your part, I will support by purchasing the summoners Sigil for starters.
