Havok against Special 1 Lock nodes

Can anyone check if Havok indeed gets plasma charges faster when power locked due to the “Special 1 Lock” node in UC 2.2? Can’t record my fights so been trying to count in real-time and it didn’t feel much different (but trying to support it)
