War Tier and map dropped after winning last war.

The last war that ended today, our alliance won and afterward it showed that we went up a Tier, but once a new matchup was found, it showed we went back down a Tier and the map difficulty dropped as well. Anyone else experience this today?

    if you are matched across tiers then it randomly selects a map.
