Suicide masteries in act 5 exploration

Hey guys,
Pretty soon I`m going to explore act 5. I have 5.1 and 5.4 done 100% and am going to do 5.3 next.
A little while ago I unlocked my suicide masteries.
My main team is:
Corvus
Ghost
Wasp
Omega
Sabretooth
(can substitute with holy trinity, 4 and 5 * mixed, proxima, venom, red hulk, x-23, iceman)
Are there any paths that become much harder with suicides on? If so, how many and will suicides make this experience easier or harder?
