Alliance Wars Season 13 - Small Defense Tactics Update for Siphon and Flow Buffs

Greetings Summoners,

After reviewing data for Defense Tactics following Season 11 and 12, we'll be increasing the potency of 2 of our more under-utilized and underperforming Buffs, Siphon and Flow.

Siphon - Villain Defenders recover 2.0% of their Max Health with each landed strike and recover 0.8% Max Health with each blocked strike. (Increased from 1.0% of their Max Health with each landed strike, and 0.5% with each blocked strike)

Flow - Critical Strikes against Control Defenders grant Power Flood, causing them to gain 15% of their Max Power over 20 seconds. (increased from 10% of their Max Power over 20 seconds.)

These changes will be active for Placement Phase tomorrow.

As a reminder, Alliance Wars Season 13 kicks off on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019!

Please be aware that any Alliances that found a match in the first hour of matchmaking will see a delay in awarding of their points for this War toward their Season score. This delay will not affect the score or standings. Thanks for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
