Lost my map 5 crystal rewards during today's maintenance

I was opening 1 Crystal and the game froze then went to maintenance screen. Once game came back on I had no rewards and it said I claimed the crystal already

We cannot deal with account issues in the forums. Your best bet is to contact support and give them all the details of what is going on.
In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”.
