Energy cost for summoner sigil players

Anyone else feel that sigil store should include discount energy refill maybe 15 units instead of 30?

    They alr day have the reduced energy timers, throughout the month if all the energy is used it works out at 20 refills, now I know that isn’t practical but they already gain energy benefits, so I don’t think they need more
