If you are real serious, love him, really want to invest ur resources in him and if it matches ur playing style, go for it. He is a decent champion but needs high sig and his playing style is very quirky. For me, i wouldn't take him to R3, i'll leave him at R2. But if u r dead serious and die-hard Taskmaster fan, then yes you can take him to R3.
