Who to R5 cosmic champs- ALL duped.

I’m personally leaning towards cap marvel movie , but feel like Medusa is the correct choice . What’s your thoughts ?

R5 warlock
R5 quake
R5 Emma Frost


Variant 2 100%
Variant 3 100%

Act 6.1 - need exploration
Act 6.2 - need exploration

Yea, they are, but the power gain is the game changer.

Captain Marvel has power gain (albeit not to the same extent) but has much reliable furies.

Think I’m going to go Hyperion over captain marvel for a couple of reasons.

Reason 1 .) Hyperion has been very consistent in the contest.

Reason 2.) Hyperion can control the fight with his power gain mechanic.

Reason 3.) Hyperion has an armor break and a guarantee Incinerate which works well with despair.

Reason 4.) He leaves room o the table for other champs . Marvel and Medusa need teams to really shine.

Yeah I agree, I have r5 Hyperion and he’s a workhorse, I have cm too but he’s just such an all round answer to everything, he’s amazing for map 6, and that regen is underrated

I have both of them at r3 right now (hyperion is awakened) and I definitely get where you're coming from.

Couple of things, though:

Hyperion is way less consistent over the course of short to middle-length fights than captain marvel, since most of his abilities, while being extremely awesome, are still subject to rng.
His powergain and regeneration definitely helps to completely control longer fights better than captain marvel, though.

The most important synergy for captain marvel requires nick fury, who is an awesome champ on his own. So with her, other than with medusa, I definitely wouldn't say it's wasted space.

For now I'll definitely r4 captain marvel over hyperion, but that's mostly because I still have 3 chances at a 2016 cosmic r4 gem from variant 3 lol. Taking either to r5 will be a whole different situation.

I can respect that opinion very valid. When I think medium fights I think of uncollected ? Maybe boss rush? I’m thinking champs more along the lines of act 6. But I still have Variant to do . I’m so impatient though lol

I guess they should both be extremely useful in act 6. This really is a hard choice lol.

You can't go wrong with either of them imo. Have fun with whomever you choose!
