Which 4* should I rank 5 next

So guys I'm wondering who to rank up next, I would rank4 5* redhulk or x23 but be while before I obtain another tier2 alpha so I'll wait for now, but right now wanna take a 4* to rank 5 but who? Please take into consideration I preferably wanna rank up an aw defender to improve my defence unless substantial e evidence to rank up for other reasons. Thanks in advance
