Help me choose a team for chapter 4

I already compleated act 1 and 2 and half of 3, but it's becoming harder and I'm out ot potions and revives. I don't have t4cc, but i can easy farm t4bc and any other. I also have a lot of iso-8 so it won't be a problem to level a few champs to rank 4 if needed. I don't know if i should collect more potions and revives or change my team, soo take a look at my roster and give any advice. Thanks
