Who should get the rank up?

Hello guys,

Wanted to see what the community thinks is my best option?
Who should I rank up to r5, Rhulk (unduped), Omega Red (duped, no suicides), Aegon (unduped), Cull (unduped/ have an Cosmic Awakening gem), Iceman (duped), IM IW (duped)?

My personal opinion:

I do love Red Hulk and Iceman
They are two of the very few champs that reduce damage from Incinerate effects.
Iceman can tank SP3s if you mess up at some point, and Red Hulk hits really hard with those extra damage

I’d personally go for one of them
