When opponent uses a special hes not gaining 100 soul bonds like hes supposed to.

    Ya since i think it was 13.0 he just hasn't been gaining charges the same way. He got fixed a little bit but not to the point where he was betweem 12.0 and 13.0.

    Hey guys. Dormammu isn't intended to gain 100 Charges when the opponent uses a Special. His info says that he can gain up to 100 charges, not that he will. Sorry for any confusion that this caused!
