Okay this is obnoxious

Either keep the game down indefinitely until you get this sorted or issue compensation. I've had choppy connections all day and 2 frozen arena load screens and been kicked 4 times. You've cost me a champ in AQ and at least an hour in arena run time. Not a huge deal but how consistently this keeps happening is getting infuriating.
